1. People expected to act in a safe, sane and consensual manner at all ClubFEM socials and events. Safety is the number one concern, particularly when with a new submissive. Other personal safewords may be used as long as they are communicated beforehand. When it is not possible to use a safeword, some type of gesture should be agreed upon.
2. Impairment by alcohol or other legal drugs is not permitted. People who are impaired will be dealt with accordingly.
3. No illegal substances are allowed at ClubFEM socials and events.
4. ClubFEM members agree to be in the Female Dominant and male submissive roles exclusively at ClubFEM socials and events.
5. There is no requirement for Dommes or subs to engage in BDSM play (scenes). Although some may choose to play, many people attend parties to socialize and learn techniques by watching others.
6. ClubFEM members agree to abide by the following ClubFEM protocol at socials and events:
a. Males are to behave respectfully to all Females at all times.
b. Males are expected to bring an attitude of servitude and submissiveness and should be willing to serve refreshments and treat the Women respectfully.
c. Males are not obligated to engage in any form of play without consent and negotiation.
d. Males are to address Females as Mistress or other proper titles as designated by that Female.
e. Dominant attire for Females may include leather, latex, vinyl, modest lingerie and/or black clothing.
f. Males may appear semi-nude or nude at ClubFEM parties. Other appropriate fetish or cross-dressed outfits are also allowed. A leash, wrist and ankle cuffs are optional. Boxer shorts and men's briefs are not considered appropriate attire under any circumstances.
g. Females are to refrain from touching or commanding a collared slave without his Owners permission.
h. Males who wish to be available to any Domme for servitude or BDSM play scenes will wear a pink wristband. However, wearing a pink wristband does not obligate a male to engage in play nor does it negate the need to negotiate a scene.
i. Safewords or gestures are to be used at all ClubFEM sponsored activities. Suggested safewords are:
green = within limits
yellow = close to limits (proceed carefully)
red = over limits (stop immediately)
NOTE: the above rules are universal in every ClubFEM Chapter worldwide. For more specific rules, refer to the Constitution of the Maryland Chapter. A copy of this Constition can be provided upon request.
